Craig Flower is the advisor at Drover AI. Craig has over 25 years of experience in technology and has held various executive positions during their career.

Craig started their career in 1995 as a software engineer. Craig then worked their way up to become the Chief Technology Officer at TriNet in 2015. Craig was responsible for all technology at TriNet and led the transformation of the company from a collection of businesses to a cohesive, scalable HR service provider.

During their time at TriNet, Craig delivered many “firsts” in TriNet’s product and service offering, including six vertical product lines, five health exchanges, and an industry-leading mobile app. Craig also championed a customer-focused, data-driven product and service culture, which reduced customer-facing product incidents by 50%.

In 2019, Craig left TriNet to become the advisor at Drover AI.

Craig Flower attended Stanford University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical & Computational Sciences.
