Joshua Menard has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they began working as a Behavior Specialist for Arc Of The Ozarks, where they made outbound sales calls and coordinated activities for patients. In 2018, they transitioned to ConnectWise as a Business Development Representative, where they initiated and managed sales cycles to meet client expectations and profit goals. In 2020, they moved to bvoip as a Business Development Representative, where they aggressively prospected for new business, built relationships with clients, and guided and trained oncoming employees. In 2021, they became Self Employed as a Personal Trainer. Most recently, they began working as a Business Development Manager for Dropsuite in 2022.

Joshua Menard is currently studying at Missouri State University.
