Pascal Schug has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Pascal is currently working as the Geschäftsführer at Düring Schweißtechnik GmbH since September 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Director Technology and Innovation at PMB | POSSEHL Mittelstandsbeteiligungen GmbH starting in June 2020.

In 2015, Pascal founded Dropslab Technologies and has been involved as a Founder since then. Pascal also worked at EXAPT Systemtechnik GmbH, first as a Produkt-/ Projektmanager from July to December 2015, and later as the stellv. Geschäftsführer from January 2016 to June 2020.

Before joining EXAPT Systemtechnik GmbH, Pascal worked at Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT as the Leiter CAx-Entwicklungsgruppe from November 2010 to June 2015.

Pascal Schug completed their education at RWTH Aachen University, where they obtained a degree in Dr. Ing. Pascal'sfield of study during this time is unavailable. Prior to that, they earned a Dipl. Wirt. -Ing. in Wirtschaftsingenieur from the same university. Additionally, they also received a Master Black Belt degree from the institution called sixsigma.
