She was listed by Inc. as one of the “5 Unsung Heroes of New Media” and is currently an executive coach, a consumer insights advisor to several enterprises, the creator & host of the Up Next podcast and a voice network contributor to Adweek.

Previously Gabriella was the EVP of Consumer Insights & Brand Strategy for MRC Media, a diversified media holding company with expertise in content creation, distribution and monetization across premium television, wide-release film, specialty film, and live entertainment and digital media.. While there she developed insights into and provided guidance on, the market for potential IP and strategic partnerships. Additionally, she advised on strategy, content focus and brand voice for the newly launched documentary division. She also generated valuable insights for sales, marketing and the launch of a new membership program for Billboard.

Prior to her work at MRC Media she was the CEO and co-founder of ANATOMY, a New York-based, Emmy award-winning creative agency and strategic consultancy. Gabriella was responsible for the strategic consulting practice, client relationships, internal strategy and operational management of the firm.

Gabriella began her career in organizational and change management consulting for Price Waterhouse undertaking assignments for such clients as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, TIAA-CREF and New York Life. She served several roles with the firm including Director of Resource Management and International Deployment for the company’s largest business unit.

She was part of the team that managed the integration of the consulting practices of Price Waterhouse with Coopers & Lybrand to form PricewaterhouseCoopers, a network of firms spanning 157 countries and 756 locations, employing more than 208,100 people with combined revenues of over $15 billion.

Gabriella received her Masters from the London School of Economics and her summa cum laude undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
