Fintia Agia Widiya has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting, business growth, and strategy. Starting in 2013, Fintia worked as a Junior Auditor (Internship) at Rödl & Partner. In 2014, they joined Lazada Group as an Account Receivable Staff and later as a Tax Staff. In 2016, they worked as an Accounting Escrow Internal at Tokopedia and then as a Finance & Accounting Supervisor at Pergi.com. From 2018 to 2019, Fintia served as an Account Payable Lead at Traveloka. In 2019, they became a Finance & Accounting Manager at Chilibeli Pte Ltd, and subsequently held roles such as B2C Sales Manager (Community) and Sr Finance & Accounting Manager. In 2020, Fintia worked as a Finance & Business Consultant. In 2021, they joined Dropezy as a Business Growth Consultant and later as the Head of Business Growth & Strategy. Currently, Fintia is also working as a Finance & Accounting Consultant at Partipost Indonesia.

Fintia Agia Widiya completed their Associate's Degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia from 2011 to 2014. Fintia Agia then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same university, which they completed from 2014 to 2017.
