Previously, Shruti worked at Freshworks as a Senior Executive for the Startup Program, where responsibilities included onboarding North American venture capitalists and planning virtual sessions for founders. At YourStory Media, Shruti held the position of Program Manager for Business Strategy, focusing on scaling legacy accounts and establishing international partnerships. Early career experiences include roles in sales and business development, content creation, and social media management across various companies. Shruti holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Harvey Mudd College.
