Dave Hayes is an experienced Technical Recruiter with a history of building diverse and inclusive teams at leading companies. Currently employed at Dropbox as a Technical Recruiter since March 2021, Dave plays a key role in enhancing the DocSend team following Dropbox's acquisition of DocSend. Throughout a tenure at DocSend beginning in August 2019, Dave was instrumental as the sole recruiter during 2020, enabling team growth amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes senior roles at Sage Solutions, The Brilliant Bureau, and Connect Inc., where Dave focused on full life-cycle recruiting and strategic partnerships with engineering and business leaders. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Business from the University of Arizona.
