Courtney Richardson has extensive experience in various creative and marketing roles. Courtney is currently working as a Creative Director at Droga5, where they are responsible for working on projects for notable clients such as Amazon Music, Hennessy, and Chase Sapphire. In addition, they are the Founder of the Museum of Nail Artâ„¢ (MoNAâ„¢), a unique and immersive museum that combines nail art and pop culture. Prior to their current roles, Courtney served as a Creative Director at Paper Communications, where they led creative direction for editorial projects and campaigns for major brands. Courtney also founded and served as the Creative Director of Do It For The Brand, where they provided consulting services for brand activations and partnerships. Courtney has also held marketing and leadership positions at companies such as The Vanity Box, LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America, Chowder Inc., AMC Networks, Live.DrJays.com, and Inner Loop Records, LLC. Throughout their career, Courtney has demonstrated their expertise in creative direction, brand partnerships, marketing strategy, and event management.
Courtney Richardson's education history includes pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mass Communication & Media Studies at Howard University. They also studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the same institution.
In addition, Courtney has obtained certifications in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University in December 2021 and in Entrepreneurship from The Institute for Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Innovation (ELI) in March 2010.
