Rishabh Gupta has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In 2022, they began working as a DevOps Engineer for Drivewyze. From 2018 to 2021, they worked for Riva International, Inc. as a DevOps Application Delivery Analyst, where they automated and scaled product deployment activities to AWS and used Infrastructure as Code / IaC models leveraging technology like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation. Rishabh also served as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Client Support Specialist, responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting Riva CRM Tools on SAAS/Client-server/Multi-server environment, configuring and managing Riva Sync and Riva Insight on Windows Server and IIS Server, and delivering remote installation, configuration, and administration for Riva Cloud. From 2016 to 2017, Rishabh Gupta was a Laboratory Supervisor and International Student Peer Mentor at NAIT, where they were responsible for troubleshooting network, software and hardware problems, managing and maintaining printers, supervising the laboratory, event management and planning, mentoring and guiding students, and giving campus tours. In 2017, they also worked as a Project Manager / Coordinator at Lady Flower Gardens, where they designed a sustainable yurt to support summer operations with the support of solar power system and rain water harvesting system, and used time management, leadership and decision-making skills to investigate and manage in designing process, material selection process, contractors, grants and incentives related help. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Deskside Support Technician - Level - 2 for WSP in Canada, where they were responsible for Active Directory User Account Management, hands-on and remote troubleshooting and repair, password reset, on-call support and in-person support, troubleshooting in video conference rooms, Hotel rooms and other Specific places for Audio/Visual Equipments, and various projects such as machine upgrade for all the users, machine replacement for older systems, and deployment of software through SCCM Manager.

Rishabh Gupta has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), which they obtained between 2016 and 2018, with a field of study in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from Nirma University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India between 2012 and 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the GitLab Certified Associate from Badgr (2022), Splunk 7.x Fundamentals Part 1 from Splunk (2019), HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate from HashiCorp (2022), AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) (2020), Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from AWS (2020), Inbound Certificate from HubSpot (2019), and Getting Started in Graphic Design from Lynda.com (2016).
