Rick Puckett is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial leadership. Currently serving as Director on the Board of Directors for Driven Brands, Inc., SPX Corporation, and Whitehorse Finance, Inc., Rick has also held board director roles at Pet Valu and Snyder's-Lance, Inc. Previously, Rick served as EVP, CFO, and Treasurer for Snyder's-Lance, Inc. and United Natural Foods. Rick earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky, where studies spanned from 1971 to 1978.
