Richard Smyth has extensive experience in the drilling industry, currently serving as an Assistant Driller at Drillmar Resources since April 2016. Prior to this role, Richard worked as an Assistant Driller at Archer - the well company from September 2013 to April 2016, and gained experience as a Derrickman, Roughneck, and Roustabout with the same company from February 2006 to September 2012. Richard possesses advanced capabilities in operating band brake draw-works and EDS systems, along with expertise in NOV/Varco top drives. Educational background includes attendance at Bearsden Academy from 1992 to 1999.
