Mona Minhas is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in venture capital and executive roles. Currently serving as a Partner at BDC's Thrive Venture Fund, Mona focuses on investing in disruptive technologies led by women. As the Founder of Morisee Ventures, Mona provides fractional CFO and COO support to startups, assisting with scaling and capital raises. An advisor for the Women's Equity Lab, Mona promotes women's entry into early-stage investing. Additional board and advisory roles include positions at Driftscape and Vubble. Past experience includes executive roles at Knixwear, Rogers Communications, Dentsu Aegis Network, and CBC, along with a management position at PwC. Mona holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School, alongside various accounting qualifications.
