Diane Duncan is the Director of Client Services at Dri Tech Corporation, where she leads a team of 15-20 individuals. Previously, she served as the Assistant Director of Operations at US Drug Test Centers, handling various responsibilities including managing high call volumes and emails from customers, dispute chargebacks, and call monitoring for quality assurance. Diane holds a degree in Business Management and Business Administration and Management from College of Southern Nevada.
