Jim Miller has extensive experience in technical support and automotive services. Currently a Technical Support Professional at DriSteem since October 2022, Jim focuses on humidification and water treatment solutions. Prior to this role, Jim served as a Warranty/Repair Technician at Ritchie Engineering Co., Inc. for five years, providing technical advice on automotive A/C equipment. Between 2002 and 2017, Jim was the Automotive Service Manager at West Bloomington Goodyear, overseeing staffing and workflow management. Earlier experience includes automotive parts sales at Lowell's Auto Parts, outside sales representation at Wurth USA, and as an Automotive Technician at Youngstedt's Companies, where skills in repair and technology were developed.
