Shawn Dark has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Shawn began their career as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy in 1997 and served until 2006. In 2007, they founded Regal Quality Cleaning and served as the Chief Executive Officer until 2022. During this time, they also worked as a Simulator Instructor at Cubic Technology from 2008 to 2017. In 2009, Shawn joined the US Navy Reserves as a Naval Aviator, where they will continue to serve until 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Cub Master Pack 226 at the Boy Scouts of America from 2016 onwards. Since 2020, they have been working as a Contract Flight Instructor at Delaware Resource Group.

Shawn Dark's education history starts in 1992 when they attended New Mexico State University. Shawn pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry, completing their studies in 1996.

Later, from 2004 to 2006, Shawn pursued higher education at Texas A&M at Corpus Christi. Shawn earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) during this period.
