JenChung (Chris) Ke possesses extensive experience in information security and network management, currently serving as a Sr. Information Security Engineer at DrFirst, Inc. since April 2012, where responsibilities include managing the corporate VOIP and email system, overseeing MIS device and software inventory, and designing the wide area network and Windows server infrastructure. Prior to this role, JenChung served in the Taiwan Army as an Information Security Noncommissioned Officer, where key contributions included designing an RFID human entry control system and maintaining army human resource database systems. A background in network engineering was established at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, along with IT support at McKinsey & Company during critical migration projects. JenChung holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland and a Master's in Information Management from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Soochow University.
