Terri VanRossem, SPHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at DRF Trusted Property Solutions since October 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for a provider of plumbing and energy efficiency solutions. Prior experience includes ten years at Quail Creek Country Club, culminating in the role of Director of Human Resources & Payroll, managing HR and payroll operations for a private club with significant membership and budget. Earlier career experience includes serving as Payroll Coordinator at Grant Thornton, handling multi-state payroll for over 1,100 employees. Terri holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and Business from North Central College.
