Jerry Johnson is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in finance, business development, and non-profit governance. As Co-Founder of DressDecode since May 2019, Jerry has focused on sustainability within the fashion industry. In July 2012, Jerry established The Thinkery, LLC, a private incubator for innovative products and services. Jerry's philanthropic efforts include serving on the Board of Directors for the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation from January 2008 to April 2022, where leadership included chairing multiple committees, and acting as Chair of The Board of Directors for a charitable foundation dedicated to combating heart disease. Jerry's previous roles include leadership positions at Crown Bank, Meristem Family Wealth, ev3, Vascular Solutions, and John G. Kinnard & Company, with a strong emphasis on financial operations, investment banking, and organizational development. Academic qualifications include a JD from USC Gould School of Law, an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota, and a BSB in Finance from the same institution.
