Gini Coutinho has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as a member of the College van Bestuur at Drenthe College since October 2005. In this role, Gini Coutinho oversees a regional training center for secondary vocational education and adult education, supporting over 10,000 learners. Prior to this position, Gini Coutinho was the director of marketing and communication at Hanzehogeschool Groningen from January 2001 to September 2005, where responsibilities included advising the executive board and assisting schools with marketing and communication strategies, with a focus on the institution's positioning in the educational landscape.
