Divya Ghosh is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Manager for Human Resources at Dreamwares since June 2017, Divya has developed a strong skillset in managing HR functions. Prior to this role, Divya worked as an HR Assistant at Sarda Group from April 2016 to March 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and managing employee onboarding and documentation. Divya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from the University of Pune, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the same university, earned in 2015.
