Joshua Strauss is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the retail and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Co-President at Dreamscape Companies since November 2023, Joshua previously held key positions including Executive Managing Director at Newmark from September 2018 to November 2023 and Executive Vice President at RKF from March 2000 until its integration into Newmark. Joshua began a career in retail leasing and investment sales as Director at Edward S. Gordon from January 1997 to February 2000.
