Carrie Sporer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fashion and beauty industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder of SWAIR since May 2020, Carrie focuses on developing time-saving, multitasking hair products using clean, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients. Carrie also holds the position of Executive Member at Dreamers & Doers, a collective dedicated to supporting the entrepreneurial efforts of extraordinary women. Prior experience includes roles as Fashion and Accessories Brand Consultant at CS Consulting, Vice President of Sales and Operations at Edie Parker, and Director of Sales at Judith Leiber, where Carrie managed wholesale strategies and market expansion. Carrie's early career includes a position as Sales Coordinator at Kenneth Cole Productions. Carrie holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
