Apurva More is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a solid background in end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. Currently serving as a Manager - Talent Acquisition at Dream11 since March 2021, Apurva oversees the hiring process, collaborates with stakeholders, and enhances candidate experience through feedback-driven initiatives. Previous roles included Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition at Dream11, Specialist and Senior Talent Acquisition Associate at Newfold Digital, and Research Associate at Antal International, where Apurva focused on diverse recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.
