Brittany Graham is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in early childhood education. Currently serving as Pre-K Academic Dean at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) since July 2023, Brittany previously worked at the Public Preparatory Network from August 2017 to July 2023 as an Early Learning Instructional Coach and Lead Preschool Teacher, focusing on curriculum implementation and teacher coaching for Pre-K to 2nd grade. Additional roles include Execution Coach at Teach For America, Lead Preschool Teacher at Marillac St. Vincent Family Services, Teacher Leader at Teach Plus, and Early Childhood Education Corps Member at Teach For America. Brittany holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education with an ESL endorsement from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art and Arts Administration from Elon University.
