Natalia Rieland is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various industries, including agriculture and support services. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Dream Harvest Farming Company since July 2022, Natalia focuses on sustainable farming practices, utilizing innovative methods for growing produce. Concurrently, Natalia contributes as an International Volunteer for Ukrainian Refugee Support, providing language interpretation assistance in Berlin and coaching refugees. Previous roles include Vice President of People for INFARM, where leadership was demonstrated in scaling operations across North America, and Head of Human Resources North America at KWS Group, a leading plant science company.
