Mais Bakfalouny is a Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving at the Danish Refugee Council since March 2023, Bakfalouny previously held the position of HR Officer at COOPI - Cooperazione Internazionale from November 2022 to March 2023. Prior to this, a diverse background includes roles as a Recruitment Specialist and Call Center Representative at Syriatel Mobile Telecom from October 2017 to November 2022, as well as a Customer Service Representative at Alankabot company for remittance from February 2017 to October 2017. Mais Bakfalouny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Aleppo University, completed between 2012 and 2016.
