Anthea Besser is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various healthcare and service organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and HR Transformation Lead at Draycott Nursing & Care since November 2023, Anthea has previously held directorial roles at NJC (Not Just Cleaning), New Victoria Hospital, and Schoen Clinic. Notably, Anthea served as the HR Director for the UK at Schoen Clinic and as the Associate Director for HR and L&D at The Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability. Anthea's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English and Classics from the University of Reading, earned between 1998 and 2001.
