Luis Alcalá Mascareño is the founder and project director at FreshCommerce since February 2013, actively involved in the e-commerce sector. As co-organizer of eCommfest, Luis contributes to the first dedicated e-commerce event in the Canary Islands. Since June 2015, Luis has also been a professor of eCommerce at Escuela Canaria de Negocios and previously taught at Universidad Europea de Canarias. Additionally, Luis is an investor with Bbooster Ventures, focusing on seed-stage internet and mobile startups. Previous roles include web development and programming analysis at various organizations, with a solid educational background in telecommunications and information systems.
