Joel Delmo is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Drake International since January 2022, Joel previously held the same position at iQor from January 2018 to January 2022, where notable achievements included launching two lines of business and earning recognition for top performance in Voice of the Customer. Earlier roles include Team Manager at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, and Team Leader at Sitel, managing teams of up to 20 agents and handling a range of customer service functions for major telecom accounts in Canada.
