Bruno Souza e Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketplace strategy and operations management. Currently serving as the VP of Global Marketplace at DRAIVER since June 2022, Bruno focuses on optimizing the sustainable growth of the vehicle moving marketplace. Prior to DRAIVER, Bruno held various leadership roles at Loft, including Head of Marketplace Strategy and Head Of Sales Operations, where responsibilities included enhancing seller funnel performance and scaling operations across Brazil. Bruno's experience at Uber involved managing marketplace operations across the North and Northeast regions, launching cities, and improving restaurant onboarding processes. With foundational roles in project management and business development early in their career, Bruno holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Pernambuco and a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
