Richard Moore is an experienced engineering manager at Dragos, Inc. since October 2021, leading a team of reverse engineers and Rust developers while overseeing the development of technical specifications and network protocol dissectors. Prior roles include technical lead and senior reverse engineer at Dragos, as well as extensive experience in cybersecurity and network operations with organizations such as the Maryland Air National Guard, JPMorgan Chase, and US Cyber Command. Richard's military background includes significant leadership roles, including deputy lead of a national mission team and director of joint communications in Afghanistan. Richard holds a Master of Science in International Relations from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
