Alla Shtilvasser, CCP, serves as the Head of Global Compensation at Dragos, Inc. since June 2024, bringing extensive experience in compensation management from prior roles at New Relic, Inc. where responsibilities included Director and Senior Manager positions in Global Compensation. Additional experience includes managing compensation at Collective Health, Glu Mobile, NetSuite, and Oracle Corporation, where Alla acted as a Compensation Consultant for various business groups. Previous roles also encompass employment and academic HR functions at UCSF Medical Center and UCSF Department of Medicine HR. Alla Shtilvasser holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from San Francisco State University.
