Shahin Negahban, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Manager of Subsurface Technologies at Dragon Oil since January 2023. Previously, Shahin co-founded and led iCPRs.LLC as CEO from May 2017 to August 2023 and held the position of Associate Professor at The University of Kansas from August 2016 to January 2023. Shahin's extensive experience includes roles such as VP of Research & Development at ADNOC Group and The Petroleum Institute, as well as EOR Strategic Manager and Reservoir Engineering Coordinator at ADNOC Group. Early career experience includes a tenure as Senior Research Scientist at BP from 1987 to 2001. Shahin earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas and holds both Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
