Fardin AliNiaei is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Well Intervention & Completion Manager at Dragon Oil since August 2021. With significant prior experience as Owner and Consultant at Injaz Energy Services and various leadership roles at Dragon Oil and Schlumberger, Fardin has expertise in well services, well integrity, production optimization, and technical management across multiple regions including the Gulf, Libya, and the UAE. Educationally, Fardin holds an MBA from Boston University, a Diploma in Visual Art & Design from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Qatar University, complemented by training in Petroleum Engineering at The University of Tulsa.
