Mykhailo Granchak has an extensive work experience in the investment banking sector. Mykhailo started their career at CNA - Corporate News Agency in 2002 as an Analyst/Programmer. From there, they moved on to JSC "UHL-Masch" in 2003, where they worked as the Chief information system architect, developing and implementing an IT system to manage the company's operations. In 2004, they founded their own start-up called Information technologies "DVYGUN" and served as the CEO and Founder. Mykhailo developed a full-text search technology and software applications based on it.
In 2006, Granchak joined Raiffeisen Investment as a Senior Analyst, supporting ECM/DCM and M&A transactions. Mykhailo provided advisory services to international strategic clients in the Oil&Gas sector and local business groups in the iron ore mining industry.
Granchak's next role was at Dragon Capital, where they held various positions from Associate to Managing Director in Investment Banking. During their time there, they led and executed numerous deals in various industries, including IT, FMCG, natural resources, and infrastructure. Mykhailo advised on debt restructuring, acquisition, equity raising, and IPO projects.
