Marco Schröder's work experience includes a role as People Lead u. Product Owner Client Management & Security at ¶Ù°ùä²µ±ð°ù, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AUDI AG from 2014 to 2022, where they held positions as Team Coordinator of Informationsprozessplanung Inhouse Logistik and Project Manager of IT Readiness Fahrzeuganläufe Logistik. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Project Manager at Hamburger Hochbahn AG, and before that, they interned and completed their Master Thesis on Prozessoptimierung im ÖPNV with the company. Additionally, they worked as a Werkstudent Sales / Vertrieb at O2 in 2009, as an intern in Inbound Logistik und Warehousemanagement at VOSSLOH in 2008, and as an intern in Budgeting at Reederei F. Laeisz Gmbh in 2007.

Marco Schröder completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics from Universität Rostock in 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Business Informatics from the same university and successfully obtained the degree in 2011.
