Poon Yoke Lin is the QS Director, Procurement & Purchasing at Dragages Singapore.

Yoke Lin started their career in construction as a QS with Fletcher Construction from April 1987 to August 1991. Poon then moved on to VSL Singapore Pte Ltd from September 1991 to April 1992 as a Senior QS (Project Management).

In their current role at Dragages Singapore, they are responsible for the quality control of all procurement and purchasing activities.

Poon Yoke Lin's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Built Environment and Landscape Architecture from the University of Western Sydney. Poon followed this with a Professional Dip in Construction from the Singapore Institute of Building. Lastly, Poon Yoke Lin completed a Building course from Singapore Polytechnic.

Poon Yoke Lin reports to Franck Lombard, Managing Director. Poon Yoke Lin works with Paul Joginder - Head of Supervision & Worker Resources, Nagarajan Senguttuvan - Head of Health & Safety, and Richard Lai - CFO.
