Faisal Hasan is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in corporate law. Currently serving as SVP and Deputy General Counsel at DraftKings Inc. since May 2015, Faisal has previously held the roles of VP, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary within the same organization. Prior to joining DraftKings, Faisal worked as an Associate at Cooley LLP from August 2012 to August 2015 and at Perkins Coie LLP from September 2009 to September 2012. Faisal holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
