Nicole Tröger has a diverse work experience. Nicole started at BMW Group in 2012, where they completed a Masterarbeit im Gesundheitsmanagement and a Praktikum im Gesundheitsmanagement. In 2013, they moved to ZAR Regensburg-Zentrum für ambulante Rehabilitation, where they worked as a QMB und Verwaltungsangestellte. In 2017, they joined DRACOON GmbH, where they have held the roles of Senior Manager People and Culture, HR-Manager, and HR & Finance.

Nicole Tröger obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Gesundheitsmanagement from the Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Magistra Artium in Sportwissenschaft und Pädagogik (Erwachsenenbildung) from the Technische Universität Chemnitz between 2002 and 2007. In addition, they obtained a Qualitätsmanagement-Fachkraft QMF-TÜV certification from TÜV SÜD in November 2015.
