Jodie Charters is an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in food processing and manufacturing. Currently serving as Production Manager at Dr. Schär since April 2023, Jodie has previously held production management roles at Scotbeef Limited and pladis Global. Experience at Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd and Young's Seafood encompassed front line and first line management responsibilities, overseeing teams of 60-130 and focusing on health and safety, quality control, yield, and efficiency. Jodie also has project management experience from a tenure at Young's Seafood, where successful completion of a new area build was achieved, along with expertise in HACCP and technical documentation. Earlier roles include being a Line Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group and an Area Supervisor at Young's Seafood, contributing to new product development and production data analysis. Education includes Standard Grades/GCSE from Annan Academy.
