Dominic W. has over a decade of experience in technical management and customer service. At Dr. Schär since May 2015, Dominic W. has been a key member of the original team that established a new plant in Laives, Bolzano, leading various improvement projects in conjunction with departments including Technical Project Management, Finance, Quality Assurance, and HR. Prior to this role, Dominic W. worked at Dissertori KG from 2009 to 2015 as a technician focused on sales and customer service in the compressed air and energy technology sector, where contributions included the development and construction of renewable/green combined heat and power solutions utilizing plant oils.
