Phani Mitra B is an experienced leader in digital transformation and analytics with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global CIO & CDO at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since July 2014, Phani is instrumental in driving the global digital transformation agenda and enhancing organizational change through data-driven strategies. Previous roles include Head of Digital & Process Excellence for India & Emerging Markets, and Vice President of Analytics & Strategy, where Phani contributed significantly to corporate strategy and advanced data analytics. Prior experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise included senior management roles focusing on strategy and analytics, while earlier career positions at Madura Garments, Lucent Technologies, and DaimlerChrysler provided foundational skills in supply chain and engineering. Phani holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
