Firoz Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as VP & Cluster Head at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since April 2011, leading P&L for various markets including India and Southeast Asia. Firoz has driven business growth across multiple divisions, notably as Commercial Head of the Gastro Division, where significant turnaround initiatives were implemented, and as Director of the Oncology Division, overseeing P&L and strategic transformations. Prior roles include leadership positions in marketing and business management at Oman Pharmaceuticals and Ranbaxy Laboratories, where Firoz excelled in developing marketing strategies and establishing commercial contracts. Firoz holds an MBA in Marketing from Pune University and has completed an Executive Business Program at the Indian School of Business.
