Josh Van Bladel is an experienced Plant Manager with a robust background in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Dr Oetker Canada Ltd since October 2016, Josh is responsible for managing key performance indicators including Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Labour, and Yield, as well as leading continuous improvement projects. Prior experience includes roles at Maple Leaf Foods Inc as Plant Manager from August 2008 to October 2016 and Manufacturing Manager at Cargill Meats from May 2006 to September 2007. Josh also held the position of Plant Manager at Delft Blue Inc for over a decade, from January 1994 to May 2006. Educational credentials include studies at College Utrecht and College Boxtel.
