Krzysztof Sielicki is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as Supply Chain Director at Dr.Max Polska since March 2022. Previously, Krzysztof worked at PEPCO CEE as CEE Supply Chain Support and Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing the supply chain budget and overseeing key performance indicators. At Super-Pharm Poland Sp z o.o., Krzysztof held the position of Head of Logistics, focusing on optimizing logistics costs and monitoring inventory management. Early career roles included Project Manager at Elokon Logistics and National Distribution Expert at Nestlé Waters, where Krzysztof coordinated distribution processes and managed teams. Krzysztof earned an MBA in Digital Transformation from the Warsaw University of Technology in 2023 and holds a Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the same institution.
