Annie Willis, CRHA, currently serves as the UK HR Operations Coordinator at Dr. Martens plc, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Annie accumulated extensive experience at Master from August 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included serving as a Human Resources Business Partner in DC Operations and leading the HR M&A Integration Specialist project team. Additional roles at Master featured management of employee relations, the design and execution of integration plans, and benefits administration. Earlier experience includes various HR positions at IKEA Group, where Annie handled recruitment, onboarding, and administrative support, along with work as a Transport Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from McGill University and an HR Mergers and Acquisitions Expert certification from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances, alongside a Quebec College Diploma in Psychology from Champlain College Saint-Lambert.
