Ally Frey is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in operations and sales management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Retail Operations at Dr. Barbara Sturm since March 2024, Ally previously held similar roles at Leap from August 2020 to March 2024, including Manager of Retail Operations and Sales Programs and Area Manager. Ally's career began at Nordstrom, where positions included Department Manager and Assistant Department Manager from October 2014 to April 2019, along with a Retail Management Internship in 2013. Additionally, Ally served as Regional Sales Manager at Lana Jewelry from May 2019 to August 2020.
