William Marchesini possesses extensive experience in software engineering and usability, beginning with a role as Junior Software Engineer at B.M.T. from 1980 to 1987, where project analysis and the development of technical software were primary responsibilities. Following this, William worked at Cad.Lab from 1987 to 1995 as a Software Engineer, focusing on the design and development of MCAD software products. Since 1995, William has been with think3 as a Usability Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, consulting and researching product usability while supporting product team leaders in defining usability goals.
