Mihaela Matei has over 16 years of experience in human resources, currently holding the position of HR Lead for Romania, Cyprus, Turkey, Russia, and Serbia at DP World since May 2009. Mihaela has advanced through various roles at DP World, including Head of Human Capital, HR Manager, and Employee Relationship and Development Manager. Prior to this, Mihaela served as an HR Specialist at SC APM TERMINALS ROMANIA from January 2007 to May 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration from Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta, earned between 2005 and 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration of International Relationships from the same institution, completed from 2000 to 2004.
