Art Cook is an experienced ROW Project Manager at Doyle Land Services, Inc since January 2014, responsible for managing all aspects of ROW acquisition and implementing established procedures. Prior to this role, Art Cook served as ROW Field Supervisor at Doyle Land Services, LLC from May 2006 to November 2009. Art Cook holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Arkansas State University, where studies were completed from 1966 to 1970.
